Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of soda
– 150 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 200 ml of kefir
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 g of chocolate cream for filling and jewelry
– 100 ml of hot water
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a baking dish, lubricating it with oil and sprinkling with flour.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda. Set aside for a while.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter with sugar until a lush and homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Add one egg to the oil-sahar mixture, whipping thoroughly after each addition.
5. Gradually add a mixture of dry ingredients from step 2 to a bowl of liquid ingredients. Mix until smooth.
6. Add kefir and vanilla extract, continuing to mix.
7. Pour the dough into a prepared baking dish. Distribute evenly in shape.
8. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked. To check readiness, insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake – if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
9. When the cake is ready, carefully remove it from the mold and cool it on the grill.
10. While the cake cools down, prepare the syrup. In a small pan, mix hot water and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes. The syrup must cool.
11. Put one layer of biscuit on a plate and soak it with syrup.
12. Apply half the chocolate cream to the saturated layer of the biscuit and moving it.
13. Put the second layer of biscuit on top and soak it with syrup.
14. Evenly apply the remaining chocolate cream to the second layer of the biscuit.
