
Cake “Chocolate cake with banana filling”
Recipe description:
1. To prepare a chocolate cake with a banana filling, you will need the following ingredients: flour – 2 cups, cocoa powder – 3/4 cups, soda – 1.5 teaspoons, salt – 1/2 teaspoon, butter – 1/2 Cups, sugar – 2 cups, eggs – 3 pieces, vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon, kefir – 1.5 cups, ripe bananas – 3 pieces.
2. Start with the preparation of the dough. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. Beat the butter and sugar separately until the fluffy mass is obtained. Then add the eggs one by one, whipping well after each addition. Enter vanilla extract.
3. Gradually add a mixture of dry ingredients to the oil mixture, alternating with kefir. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour half the dough into the shape and smooth its surface.
5. Clean the bananas from the peel and cut them into thin slices. Distribute them evenly on the surface of the dough in the form. Then gently pour the remaining half of the dough from above.
6. Put the shape with a cake in a preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until cooked (check readiness by stuck a wooden skewer into the center of the cake – it should go dry).
7. When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and cool it in the form of about 10 minutes. Then transfer it to the grate so that it completely cooled.
8. After the cake is completely cooled, you can decorate it as desired: sprinkle with chocolate crumbs, add chocolate icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut the pieces and serve.
