
Recipe for making a cake “Chocolate cake with cherry jam”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of oil
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 200 g of cherry jam
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tbsp. sugar powder
– chocolate chips or chips (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a form with a diameter of 20 cm, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. In a bowl above the water bath, melt the chocolate and oil, mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Let it cool a little.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until lush mass is formed. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Gradually add a cooled chocolate mix to the egg-sahar mixture and gently pour sifted flour with baking powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
5. Pour half the dough into a prepared form. Apply cherry jam on top of the dough evenly, leaving a small indentation from the edges.
6. Cover with jam with the remaining dough, evenly distributing it on the surface. Make sure the jam is completely covered with dough.
7. Put the shape on the average level of the oven and bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer: if it comes out with dry or with a small amount of tiny crumbs, the cake is ready.
8. Leave the cake for 10 minutes in uniform, then transfer it to the grille for complete cooling.
9. Beat cream with powdered sugar until lush cream is formed.
10. When the cake has completely cooled, with the help of a knife, cut it in half horizontally. Apply half the whipped cream to the lower layer of the cake and gently close the top layer.
11. Decorate the cake with chocolate crumb or chip. Serve and enjoy!
