
Cake “Chocolate cake with cranberry liquor” is a magnificent combination of chocolate and berry aroma of cranberry liquor, creating a unique taste. Here is a recipe to cook it yourself:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 100 ml of cranberry liquor
– 200 g of fresh cranberries for decoration
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees S. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Add the butter and mix well until the smooth mass is obtained.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a lush and homogeneous mixture is formed.
4. Consistently add a chocolate-oil mixture, flour and a cocoa powder in an egg-sajar mixture, gently mixing each time.
5. Add the cranberry liquor to the dough and mix well again.
6. Pour the dough into the prepared baking shape and level the surface.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked. Check the readiness by stuck a wooden skewer into the center of the cake – it should go dry or with a small amount of wet crumbs.
8. When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool in the form for 10 minutes. Then transfer to the grate and let it cool completely.
9. Decorate the cooled cake of fresh cranberries before serving. If desired, you can also sprinkle it with powdered sugar or decorate it with chocolate shavings.
