Cake “Chocolate Cake with Cream” Brownie ‘”
Recipe description:
1. For the preparation of chocolate cake:
– Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees.
– In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, ¾ cocoa-powder cups, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1½ teaspoons of soda.
– In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
– Gradually add a dry mixture to a wet mixture and mix thoroughly to make a homogeneous dough.
– Divide the dough equally between the two round forms for baking pre -lubricated and sprinkled with flour.
– Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked (check by inserting a wooden skewer into the center of the cake, it should go dry).
– Cool the cake before applying the cream.
2. To prepare the cream ‘Brownie’:
– In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of soft butter, 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
– Add ½ cocoa-powder cups and ½ cup of chopped confectionery brownies.
– Gradually add ¼ cup of milk and continue to beat until a thick and homogeneous consistency is obtained.
3. Assembly of the cake:
– Cut both cakes in half horizontally to get four layers.
– Apply a generous portion of the cream to the first layer, evenly distribute it on the surface.
– Repeat this operation for the remaining layers.
– The last layer of the cake can be decorated with decorative chocolate chips or chocolate icing.
– Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours so that the cream froze and the cake is saturated.
– Serve the cake chopped into portions and enjoy its delicate chocolate taste.
