
Recipe for making a cake “Chocolate cake with forest berries”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– A pinch of salt
– 200 g of fresh forest berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
– 200 ml of whipping cream
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking dish. Cover the bottom of the shape of parchment paper and grease the sides with oil.
2. In a bowl above the water bath, melt dark chocolate and butter, stirring until a smooth mixture is obtained. Remove from heat and leave for a while to cool.
3. In a large bowl, connect sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt. Beat the mixture until a lush and homogeneous texture is obtained.
4. Add the melted chocolate-oil mixture to the egg-sahar mass and mix thoroughly.
5. See the flour and baking powder through a sieve above the dough and gently intervene with a spatula or wooden spoon until the ingredients are completely connected.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and smooth the surface. Put in a preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until cooked. Check the readiness of the cake by inserting a wooden skewer into it – if it comes out dry, then the cake is ready.
7. After baking, leave the cake on a baking sheet for cooling in the uniform for 10 minutes, then transfer it to the grille for complete cooal.
8. Beat the cream for whipping until the peaks are formed. Cut the cooled cake in half horizontally and apply half the whipped cream to the lower layer. Distribute fresh forest berries at the top evenly.
9. Put the second layer of the cake from above and decorate with the remaining whipped cream and berries.
