
Recipe for making chocolate cake with raspberries:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 200 g of fresh raspberries
– Chocolate icing for decoration
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare a round form for baking, lubricating it with oil or covering it with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave or in a water bath, melt dark chocolate along with butter. Let it cool a little.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until thick and lush mass. Add vanilla extract and mix.
4. Gradually add dark chocolate with butter to the egg-sajar mixture, continuing to whip.
5. See the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to the dough and carefully mix to avoid lumps.
6. Gently add fresh raspberries to the dough and mix it, leaving several berries for decoration.
7. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and smooth the surface.
8. The stove cake in a preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes or until cooked. Check your readiness by stuck a wooden skewer in the middle of the cake – if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
9. Let the cake completely cool in shape, then gently transfer it to the tray.
10. Decorate the cake with chocolate icing using any method of application that you prefer. After that, decorate the cake with the remaining raspberry berries.
