Cake “Chocolate cake with nuts and caramel”.

Chocolate cake with nuts and caramel is an incredibly tasty delicacy that will delight all lovers of chocolate. This recipe combines a rich chocolate taste, crisp nuts and sweet caramel filling. Let’s start cooking!
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of wheat flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 100 g of crushed walnuts
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 50 g butter
– 100 g of brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a round baking dish (diameter about 22 cm), grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper.
2. In a small pan over medium heat, melt dark chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.
3. In a large bowl, beat sugar and eggs until a lush texture is formed. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
4. Gradually add the melted chocolate-oil mixture to the dough, gently mixing each time.
5. Add chopped walnuts and mix gently.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared baking form and flatter the surface.
7. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30–35 minutes or before the toothpick inserted into the center of the cake will be clean.
8. While the cake cools down, prepare a caramel filling. In a small pan, mix condensed milk, butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, constantly stirring until the filling thickens.
9. When the cake has completely cooled, cut it in half horizontally. Evenly apply caramel filling to the bottom of the cake. Close tightly with the upper half.
10. For decoration, you can sprinkle a cake with chocolate chips or decorate with nuts and chocolate slices.
