Ingredients:

Recipe description:
1. To begin with, prepare a chocolate biscuit. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Put aside to cool.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until lush mass is formed.
3. Gradually add a cooled chocolate-oil syrup to the eggs, mixing thoroughly.
4. See the flour and baking powder through a sieve in the dough and gently mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
5. Pour the dough into a pre-lubricated baking dish and bake in preheated to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) oven for about 30-35 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer, it should come out dry from the middle of the biscuit.
6. For orange jelly, squeeze the juice from oranges. In a separate container, soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
7. In the pan, mix orange juice and sugar, heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
8. Remove the pan from the heat and add pre -squeezed gelatin. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
9. Cool the orange jelly to room temperature, then gently pour it onto the cooled biscuit in uniform.
10. Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours so that the jelly freezes.
11. To prepare chocolate ganash, melt the chocolate in a water bath and add cream. Mix until the smooth texture is obtained.
12. Pour ganash on a cooled orange jelly and evenly distribute on the surface.
13. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that Ganash froze.
