Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
– 200 g of butter
– 250 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour

Instructions:
1. Previously heat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare a round form for baking, lubricating it with oil or covering with baking paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, gently mixing until the smooth mass is obtained.
3. In a large bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Add the tempered chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Consistently add flour, baking powder and coconut chips to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

7. Leave the cake to cool in the form for 10 minutes, then carefully transfer it to the grille for complete cooling.
8. For the preparation of the cream, connect the cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat until a thick consistency is obtained.
9. Cover the cooled cake with a cooked cream and decorate with fresh raspberries and coconut.
