
Chocolate cake with strawberries and nuts is a delightful combination of sweets, sourness and crispy textures. Here is a recipe for how to cook this tasty!
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 100 g of walnuts (or any other nuts from your choice)
– 200 g of fresh strawberries
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tbsp. sugar powder
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with oil or cover it with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl above the water bath, melt the chocolate and oil, stirring carefully, until the smooth mass is obtained. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
3. In another large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a thick and lush mixture is formed. Add molten chocolate and oil, continue to whip until smooth.
4. See the flour and baking powder over a mixture of eggs and chocolate. Mix gently with a scapula or a whisk until all the ingredients are connected.
5. Cut the nuts roughly and add them to the dough. Also add half the strawberries (you can cut it into pieces or leave it with whole berries). Mix so that nuts and strawberries are evenly distributed.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared baking dish. Leve the surface with a shoulder blade.
7. Put the form in the preheated oven. Bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes, or until it becomes elastic to the touch and the test will not pass by a toothpick (the toothpick should come out dry).
8. After baking the cake, leave it to cool in the form for about 10-15 minutes, then transfer it to the grille and let it cool completely.
9. While the cake cools down, prepare the whipped cream. Beat the cream until peaks are formed. Add the sugar powder and continue to beat until the desired consistency.
10. When the cake has completely cooled, put the remaining strawberries on it. Cover the upper part of the cake with whipped cream.
