Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 250 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of soda
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 200 ml of sour yogurt
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 250 g of soft cream cheese
– 100 g of cream
– 50 g of sugar powder
– 1 teaspoon of rum (optionally)

Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or low heat, constantly stirring. Give the mixture to cool a bit.
3. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add molten chocolate with butter, continuing to whisk.
4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients to a wet mixture, alternating with sour yogurt. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the cake becomes elastic and a clean trace is inserted into the middle of the knife.
7. Let the cake completely cool in shape, then gently transfer it to the dish.
8. Prepare the cream by connecting soft cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar and rum (if you use) in a bowl. Beat the mixture until a thick consistency is obtained.
9. Cover the cooled cake with cream, evenly distributing it over the surface.
10. Decorate with chocolate shavings or crumbs.
11. Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours to solidify the cream.
