1. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Give the mixture to cool a bit.
2. Add zest and orange juice to melted chocolate icing. Mix thoroughly to make a homogeneous and brilliant glaze.
3. Cover the cooled cake with glaze, evenly distribute it on the surface.
4. Sprinkle sugar powder and decorate with slices of orange or zest.
