Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a baking dish (20-22 cm), grease it with oil or cover it with parchment paper.
2. Melt 200 g of dark chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Add the oil and mix until the smooth mass is obtained.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a lush and homogeneous mixture is formed. Add dark chocolate and flour there, mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Add the baking powder and carefully mix again.
4. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake acquires an elastic texture. Check your readiness by stuck a wooden skewer in the middle of the cake – it should go out clean.
5. While the cake cools down, prepare Ganash. Melt 200 g of dark chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Add the cream and stir well until you get a smooth and shiny ganash.
6. When the cake is completely cooled, cut the upper layer to get an even surface. Cut the cake in half horizontally to get two biscuit circles.
7. Apply half Ganash to one of the biscuit circles. Put the second circle on top and cover the remaining ganash. Distribute Ganash evenly over the entire surface of the cake with a knife or shoulder blade.
8. Decorate the cake with chocolate chips or pieces of chocolate.
