
The recipe for making the cake “Chocolate-Nut” (Chocolate Nut Cake):
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 100 g of chopped nuts (any, to your choice)
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tablespoons
– additional nuts and chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave.
3. In a large bowl, beat sugar and eggs until thick and homogeneous mass. Add melted chocolate with butter, mix.
4. See the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in the same bowl. Mix gently until the smooth dough is obtained.
5. Add chopped nuts to the dough, mix thoroughly.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and evenly distribute it over the entire surface.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the knife inserted into the middle is clean.
8. Then remove the cake from the oven and leave it in shape on a baking sheet.
9. Beat the cream for whipping with powdered sugar until peaks are formed.
10. Put the cooled cake to the dish and evenly apply whipped cream on top.
11. Decorate the cake with the remaining nuts and chocolate shavings.
12. Serve the “Chocolate-Role” cake as a dessert after cooling completely.
