– 4 eggs
– 100 g of sugar

For chocolate cream:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 250 ml of cream (liquids)
– 30 g of butter
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
And so, let’s start cooking.
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a rectangular shape, covering it with parchment paper.
2. Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl until a light and dense mass is obtained. This will take about 5-7 minutes using a mixer at an average speed.
3. See the flour and cocoa powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add them to the dough, gently mixing with a spatula or spatula. Avoid unnecessary mixing so as not to lose volume.

7. Spread the biscuit and apply chocolate cream to the surface. Distribute it evenly over the entire area of ​​the biscuit.
8. Now start twisting the biscuit again, this time with the added cream inside. Transfer the roll to a plate or tray and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that the consistency becomes more dense.
