
Recipe for making a cake “Classic Pie ‘Chocolate Cake with Berries'”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of chocolate (dark or milk)
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
– 300 g of fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Preparation steps:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a round baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Add butter and mix until smooth.
3. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer until lush mass is formed.
4. Gradually add molten chocolate with butter to an egg-sajar mixture, continuing to beat.
5. See the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in the dough. Mix gently until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
6. Pour half the dough into a prepared form. Distribute fresh berries on the surface of the dough evenly. Then gently pour the remaining dough on top.
7. Put the shape with a cake in a preheated oven. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until cooked. Check readiness with a wooden skewer: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
8. Cool the cake before taking out from the mold. Decorate it with powder and fresh berries. Serve on the table in the form of pieces.
