
Recipe for making a cake “Classic pie ‘Chocolate cupcake with caramel'”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 150 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 200 ml of milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 100 g of caramel (to choose from: soft and liquid or solid and chopped)
– chocolate icing (optionally)
Instructions:
1. In a preheated oven preheated to 180 ° C, we bake a layered chocolate cupcake. To do this, connect the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt in one bowl and mix gently.
2. In another large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until a lush and homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. Gradually add the eggs to a mixture of oil and sugar, whipping each egg until a complete connection.
4. Then add dry ingredients and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
5. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
6. Pour half the dough into a lubricated baking dish and evenly distribute along the bottom.
7. Evenly distribute pieces of caramel on the surface of the dough in the form.
8. Pour the remaining half of the dough from above, gently level it and carefully smear pieces of caramel so that they are not visible.
9. We bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes or until cooked (check for readiness, stuck a wooden skewer into the center of the cake – if it comes out clean, the cake is ready).
10. We leave the cake to cool in the form for 10-15 minutes, then transfer it to the grate for complete cooling.
11. If desired, you can cover the cake with chocolate icing and decorate it with caramel or chocolate crumbs.
