
Recipe for the preparation of a classic pie “Chocolate cupcake with raspberries”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of oil
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 200 g of fresh raspberries
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tbsp. sugar powder
– Chocolate icing for decoration
Recipe description:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, mix oil and sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, thoroughly whipping each before adding the next.
4. Continue to beat and gradually add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
5. Prepare a round shape for baking, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the shape.
6. Evenly distribute fresh raspberries on the surface of the dough.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake Celsius for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the cupcake becomes springy and is browned.
8. After baking, cool the cupcake on the lattice.
9. Beat cream with powdered sugar until lush sour cream is formed.
10. Cut the cooled cupcake in half horizontally.
11. Link the lower half of the cake with a layer of whipped cream.
12. Put the upper half of the cupcake on top and evenly cover it with the remaining whipped cream.
13. Decorate the top of the cupcake of chocolate icing using creative patterns or decorative elements of chocolate.
