Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of sugar
– 150 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– a pinch of salt
– 2 tbsp. cocoa-powder

Preparation:
1. Previously heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a round form for baking, lubricating it with oil or covering it with parchment paper.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave until smooth mass is obtained. Let me cool.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until a thick and lush mixture is formed.
4. See the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder through a sieve directly into a bowl of eggs and sugar. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is formed.
5. Add a cooled mixture of chocolate and oil to the dough and gently mix all the ingredients until a full connection.
6. Pour the resulting dough into a prepared baking form and flatter the surface. Put in a preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until cooked. To check the readiness, insert a wooden skewer in the middle of the pie – if it comes out dry, then the pie is ready.
7. After baking, pull out the pie from the oven and leave it to cool in the form for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to the grill for complete cooal.
8. After cooling, decorate the pie with whipped cream and chocolate stars. If desired, you can sprinkle the pie with a cocoa powder or sprinkle it with chocolate chips.
