Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a round shape with a diameter of about 22 cm, grease it with oil and linen with a bottom paper for baking.
2. In a bowl above the water bath, melt dark chocolate and butter. Let them cool a little.
3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Beat them until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. In the finished mixture of eggs and sugar, add a cooled chocolate composition and mix.
5. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth dough is formed without lumps.
6. Pour the dough into the prepared shape and smooth its surface.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top becomes elastic and the knife inserted into the middle will not go out clean.
8. After baking, take out the cake from the oven and leave it to cool in the form for 10 minutes. Then gently transfer to the grate and completely cool.
9. Prepare the icing. In a bowl, melt dark chocolate with cream in a water bath. Add butter and mix well until a smooth and shiny consistency is obtained.
10. Cover the completely chilled cake prepared icing, evenly distribute it on the surface.
11. After applying the glaze, sprinkle the cocoa-powder cake to add aroma and decorative effect.
12. Leave the cake for several hours or at night in the refrigerator to harden the glaze and sweet truffle taste.
