The Classic Tiramisu cake is an Italian sweet dish, which consists of a soft biscuit, impregnated coffee and amaretto liqueur, as well as layers of cream based on masquearpone. Here is a recipe for preparing this magnificent dessert:
Ingredients:
– 6 eggs
– 150 g of sugar
– 500 g of masquearpone
– 300 ml of strong black coffee
– 100 ml of amaretto (or other alcohol from your choice)
– 24-30 candy sticks or savoyardi (Italian biscuits)
– Gorky cocoa powder for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Divide the eggs into yolks and proteins and place them in different bowls.
2. Beat the yolks with a half sugar until light lush mass is formed.
3. Add the masquearpone to the yolks and mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
4. In another clean and dry bowl, beat the proteins along with the remaining half sugar until a strong and stable foam is formed.
5. Carefully add whipped proteins to the masquearpone and carefully mix from the bottom up to maintain the splendor of the cream.
6. Mix black coffee with amaretto in a small flat container.
7. Sign one candy stick or savoyardi in a coffee mixture for a few seconds, then put in one layer on the bottom of a rectangular shape for baking.
8. Cover the layer of sticks with half of the mascarpone cream.
9. Repeat the process, creating layers of sticks and cream until the ingredients end.
10. Complete the cake with the last layer of cream and sprinkle it evenly with a bitter cocoa powder.
11. Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or better for the whole night) so that it is soaked and froze.
