
The recipe for making the cake “Nut CAKE):
Ingredients:
– 200 g of flour
– 200 g of sugar
– 200 g of ground nuts (any of your choice: walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
– 200 g of butter
– 4 eggs
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– seasonings to taste (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)
Preparation steps:
1. In a preheated oven to 180 ° C, prepare a baking dish, lubricating it with oil or covering with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, ground nuts, sugar, baking powder and seasonings. Create a recess in the center of the mixture.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until foam. Add butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4. Gradually pour the egg-oil mixture into the recess in dry ingredients. Gently mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
