Ingredients:
– 250 g of wheat flour
– 200 g of butter
– 4 eggs

– 200 ml of whipping cream

Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. On a baking sheet, lay out the paper form for baking.

8. Cut the cooled cake horizontally in half. Fill the lower part of the cake with whipped cream.
9. Cover the upper part of the cake with almonds and gently put it on top of the cream.
10. Put the Paris-Brest Cake in the refrigerator for several hours to solidify.
