Steps:
1. The first step is to prepare the basis for the cheesecake. Grind the cookies in the crumb. To do this, you can use a blender or just put cookies in a bag and crush it with a kitchen hammer.
2. Cream butter over low heat or in a microwave. Add molten oil to the chips of cookies and mix well to make a homogeneous mass.
3. Put the resulting mixture in the baking dish, evenly distribute along the bottom and press it to form an even layer. Put the shape in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the base froze.
4. Beat the cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one, whipping the mass thoroughly every time after adding the egg.
5. Pour the vanilla extract and gradually add the cream, continuing to whip the mass. Then add the crushed caramel and mix well.
6. Remove the form with the base from the refrigerator and gently pour the resulting mixture with cream cheese on it.
7. Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Put the shape with a cheese in a heated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center of the cheesecake becomes elastic.
8. After baking, leave the cheesecake in the oven ajar for another 1 hour so that it cools down.
9. Then transfer the cheesecake into the refrigerator and leave it there for several hours or better for the night, so that it completely froze and becomes dense.
10. Before serving, decorate with caramel sauce or sprinkle with chopped caramel.
