Carrot Cake cake (Carrot Cake)

The Carrot Cake cake is a delightful treat with soft and juicy dough, spices and delicate cream raw. Here is a recipe for how to cook it.
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of flour
– 2 teaspoons of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of soda
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 3 eggs
– 1 1/2 cup sugar
– 3/4 glasses of vegetable oil
– 1/2 cup yogurt
– 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
– 2 cups grated carrots
– 1 cup of chopped nuts (walnut or cedar)
For cream raw:
– 200 g of cream cheese
– 1/2 cup cream
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1 glass of powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a rectangular shape, grease it with oil or pave it with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a thick light mass is obtained. Add vegetable oil, yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
4. Gradually add a dry mixture to the wet, neatly stirring so that lumps do not form.
5. Add grated carrots and chopped nuts. Mix to uniform distribution of ingredients.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and send it to the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake is dry.
7. While the cake is baked, prepare the cream-raw. Beat the cream cheese, cream, vanilla extract and powdered sugar until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
8. When the cake has completely cooled, pull it out of the mold and evenly apply the cream raw on top and on the sides.
9. Carrot cake is ready! Bon appetit!
