– 200 g of cookies (such as “Daishy” or “Oreo”)
– 80 g of butter (molten)
– 500 g of cream cheese type “Philadelphia”
– 200 g of sour cream
– 150 g of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– 50 g of chocolate (dark or white)

Preparation instructions:
1. Grind the cookies in the crumb with a blender or put it in a bag and crush it with a fist.
