
Chocolate brownie is an exquisite and seductive dessert dish that conquers its rich chocolate taste and delicate texture. Here is a simple recipe for making this magnificent delicacy.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 150 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 100 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– a pinch of salt
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 100 g of walnuts (optional)
Preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a rectangular shape, grease it with oil or cover it with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in the microwave, stirring carefully, until a smooth mass is obtained.
3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar, beat them until a lush and homogeneous mixture is formed.
4. Add melted chocolate with butter to the egg-sahar mixture. Mix thoroughly.
5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Sut this mixture through a sieve into a chocolate mass and gently mix until smooth.
6. If you prefer to add walnuts, grind them with a knife or in a kitchen combine and add to the dough. Mix.
7. Pour the resulting mass into the prepared shape and distribute on the surface evenly.
8. Put the shape in the preheated oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes. To determine readiness, insert a wooden skewer into the middle of the brownie – it should remain slightly wet.
9. When Brownie acquires a light crust, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool in shape. After that, remove from the mold and cut into portions.
10. Chocolate brownie is ready to serve. Serve it with ice cream, whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy incredibly aromatic and juicy chocolate dessert!
