Truffel chocolate recipe:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of black chocolate (high quality)
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder (baking soda)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
For Ganash:
– 200 ml of cream (33% fat)
– 200 g of black chocolate (high quality)
Decor (optionally):
– Cocoa powder
– Cream for decoration
– Fruits or berries at will
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare a form with a diameter of about 20 cm, lubricating it with oil and sprinkling with flour.
2. In a large bowl, melt the chocolate and oil in a water bath or in a microwave. Stir periodically until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick foam is formed. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg-sahar mass, gently mixing with the spatula.
5. See the flour and baking powder through a sieve, then add them to the chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
6. Pour the resulting dough into a prepared form and bake in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked. Check the readiness by inserting a wooden skewer into the middle of the cake – it should go out with a clean or with a small amount of adhering dough.
7. While the cake cools, prepare Ganash: heat the cream in the pan to a boil, then remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Mix until the chocolate is completely dissolved and smooth texture.
8. Cool Ganash to room temperature, then pour it onto a cooled cake, evenly distributed on the surface.
9. Leave the cake for several hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator until Ganash hardens.
10. When serving, you can sprinkle a cocoa-powder cake and decorate with fresh fruits or berries. Cream decoration will also be an excellent addition.
Bon appetit!
