Chocolate cake with pear

A chocolate cake with pears is an exquisite combination of delicate chocolate biscuit and juicy layers of ripe pear. Here’s how to cook this amazing dessert.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of sugar
– 150 g of flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 pears
For cream:
– 200 g of cream
– 100 g of dark chocolate
Additionally:
– chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with oil or cover it with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Give the mixture to cool a bit.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until lush mass is formed.
4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg-sahar mass, gently mixing each time.
5. Satell flour and baking powder in the dough. Mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
6. Cut the pears in half, remove the seeds and cut them into thin slices.
7. Put half the dough in the baking dish. Put the slices of the pears on the dough. Then add the remaining half of the dough, evenly distribute it in shape.
8. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the center of the cake does not go out clean.
9. Let the cake completely cool in shape, and then gently remove it.
10. To prepare the cream: heat the cream in a small pan to almost boiling. Fold the dark chocolate in a bowl and pour it with hot cream. Mix until the chocolate completely dissolves and get a smooth cream.
11. Cover the cake with chocolate cream. Decorate it with chocolate chips.
12. Leave the cake for several hours or better for the night in the refrigerator so that it is soaked and gains its full texture and taste.
