Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of wheat flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 200 g of fresh raspberries
For decoration:
– 100 g of dark chocolate
– 100 g of raspberries
– Sugar powder for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a round baking dish, lubricate it with oil or pave it with parchment.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Let it cool a little.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until lush mass is formed. Gradually add vanilla extract, melted chocolate and oil. Mix thoroughly.
4. In a separate bowl, mix wheat flour and baking powder. Sut the mixture in the dough and gently mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
5. Chop fresh raspberries with a knife or fork on rude pieces. Add it to the dough and mix gently.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and smooth the surface. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes until it becomes elastic and dried. Check readiness with a toothpick – if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
7. Leave the cake completely cool in shape, and then gently remove it to the grille for cooling.
8. For decoration, melt dark chocolate and evenly distribute it on the surface of the cake. Decorate with raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
