Here is a simple recipe for preparing this magnificent dessert.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 150 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 100 g of crushed coconut
– a pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Previously, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare the baking sheet by lubricating it with oil or covering it with parchment paper.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave to a completely smooth and homogeneous consistency.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until lush and air mass. Add molten chocolate and oil, mix thoroughly.
4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, chopped coconut and a pinch of salt. Gradually add a dry mixture to the liquid, gently mixing to avoid lumps.
5. Pour the resulting dough into a prepared form and flatter the surface. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cupcake passes for readiness – the toothpick inserted into the center must go dry.
6. When the cupcake is ready, take it out of the oven and leave to cool in the uniform on the grill for 10-15 minutes. Then carefully remove the cupcake from the mold and completely cool on the grill.
7. After cooling completely, you can cut the cupcake into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
