
Chocolate ice cream with almonds is an incredibly delicious dessert that combines a rich chocolate taste and crispy almonds. Here is a recipe so that you can prepare this aromatic and refreshing treat.
Ingredients:
– 500 ml of cream (with fat content of at least 30%)
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 150 g of sugar
– 4 egg yolks
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 100 g of almonds (fried and crushed)
Instructions:
1. In a medium -sized pan, heat the cream to almost a boil. Make sure the cream will not boil. Remove from heat.
2. At low speed, melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a water bath to avoid overheating. Gradually add molten chocolate to hot cream, constantly stirring so that everything mixes well.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with sugar until thick and lush mass. Add the vanilla extract and continue to beat so that all the ingredients are connected well.
4. Gradually add a hot chocolate mixture to the egg mass, stirring constantly. Return the whole mass back to the pan.
5. Heat the pan over medium heat and, constantly stirring, prepare the mixture until it thickens enough to cover the back of the spoon (it will take about 5-7 minutes).
6. Cool the mixture at room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator for several hours or at night, so that it completely cools and the process of freezing ends.
7. After cooling, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and pour chopped almonds into it. Mix well so that the almonds are evenly distributed on ice cream.
8. Place the mixture in the ice cream and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
9. When the ice cream reaches the desired consistency, put it in a storage container and put it in the freezer for several hours so that it finally freezes.
10. Chocolate ice cream with almonds is ready! Serve it in horns or cups and enjoy this magnificent dessert.
