Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 1 teaspoon of mint extract
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 50 g of sugar powder
– Green food paint (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. If you use a microwave, heat the chocolate in stages for 30 seconds and stir periodically to avoid overheating.
2. Add mint extract and butter to the melted chocolate. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. If desired, add a few drops of green food paint to give a mint chocolate a characteristic color. Mix so that the paint is evenly distributed.
