Chocolate mousse

Chocolate mousse is an exquisite and delicate dessert dish that will definitely delight lovers of chocolate. This recipe is easy to prepare, but the result is so delightful that it will not leave indifferent even the most sophisticated gourmets.
To prepare chocolate mousse, you will need the following ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
– 4 eggs
– 50 g butter
– 50 g of sugar
– a pinch of salt
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 ml of whipped cream
1. Break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a metal or glass bowl. Heat a water bath and put a bowl of chocolate on the top so that the chocolate is slowly melting. Stir it periodically until it becomes smooth and completely melts.
2. Separate the proteins from the yolks. Beat proteins with a pinch of salt to a peak structure.
3. In another bowl, connect the yolks and sugar, beat them until a thick mass is formed. Add molten chocolate and vanilla extract, mix thoroughly until smooth.
4. Smoothly enter the beaten proteins into the chocolate mixture, gently mixing them from the bottom up with a scapula or a wooden spoon. This will help maintain the airiness and ease of mousse.
5. Close a bowl with a cling film or cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the mousse gains and froze.
6. Before serving, remove a bowl from the refrigerator and carefully add whipped cream. Mix them with mousse until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
7. Lay the chocolate mousse in portioned creamy or glass glasses. Garnish with thin chips of chocolate or fresh fruits on top.
8. Serve chocolate mousse chilled and enjoy its rich chocolate taste and delicate texture.
