Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 4 eggs
– 100 g of sugar
– 120 ml of white wine (preferably sweet)
– 250 ml of cream (fat content of at least 33%)
– A pinch of salt

Preparation:
1. Break the eggs in a separate bowl and add sugar. Beat them until thick and lush mass.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave to a smooth consistency. Add white wine to it and mix thoroughly.
3. Gradually, pour in a chocolate-fluent mixture into whipped eggs with sugar, constantly stirring so that all the ingredients are well connected.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream until a dense consistency is formed.
5. Transfer whipped cream into the main bowl with a chocolate-yaic mixture. Mix gently to get a homogeneous mass.
6. Add a pinch of salt and continue to neatly mix until all the ingredients become evenly distributed.
7. Pour the resulting mass into individual portioned molds or glasses. Put them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (or better for the whole night) so that the mousse froze and acquire the desired texture.
