Chocolate muffins are a tasty and simple treat that can be prepared even at home. You will need the following set of ingredients: flour (1 ½ cup), cocoa powder (½ cup), sugar (1 cup), baking powder (1 teaspoon), soda (½ teaspoon), salt (¼ teaspoon), eggs ( 2 pieces), vegetable oil (½ cup), milk (1 cup), vanilla extract (1 teaspoon) and bitter chocolate (100 grams).
To begin with, first heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then take a bowl and mix in it flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Create a recess in dry ingredients for liquid components.
Beat the eggs in another bowl, add vegetable oil, milk and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. Then slowly pour the liquid ingredients into the deepening of dry, gently mixing until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Now take a bitter chocolate and cut it into small pieces. Add them to the dough and carefully mix them so that the chocolate is evenly distributed throughout the test.
Distribute the dough according to the forms for cupcakes, filling them by about 2/3 of the volume. Put the forms on the baking sheet and send them to the preheated oven. Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes or until they become elastic to the touch and pass the verification for readiness using a toothpick (insert a toothpick into the center of the cake – if it comes out clean, then the cupcakes are ready).
When the cupcakes are ready, take them out of the oven and leave them to cool in the forms for a long time. Then carefully transfer them to the lattice for complete cooling.
After complete cooled, the chocolate muffin is ready to serve. You can decorate it with chocolate icing, sprinkle with a cocoa chop or cut it in half and add butter. Enjoy delicious and aromatic chocolate cake!
