Chocolate-naked cake (Chocolate Nut Cake)

Chocolate -naked cake (Chocolate Nut Cake) is a delightful treat, which will surely appeal to lovers of chocolate and nuts. Here is a simple recipe for this delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 150 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 100 g of chopped nuts (you can use walnuts or almonds)
– 100 g of chocolate drops
For decoration:
– 50 g of chopped nuts
– 50 g of chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a round baking dish (diameter about 23 cm) – grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Give the mixture to cool a little.
3. In a large bowl, mix sugar and eggs, beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Gradually add a dark chocolate-oil mixture to a bowl of eggs and sugar, gently mixing each time.
5. Sprinkle flour and baking powder through a sieve into a bowl with a chocolate mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
6. Add chopped nuts and chocolate drops to the dough, mix well.
7. Put the dough in a prepared baking form. Leve the surface.
8. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake will come out dry.
9. Remove the cake from the oven and cool it in the uniform on the grille for about 10 minutes. Then carefully turn the cake onto the grate and completely cool it.
10. After cooling the cake, decorate it with chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
So your delicious chocolate-cutting cake is ready! Serve it for dessert with a cup of coffee or tea, and enjoy a unique combination of chocolate and nuts.
