Ingredients:
– 200 g of cookies (such as “halo”)
– 80 g of butter
– 200 g of black chocolate
– 250 ml of cream (fat content of at least 35%)
– 2 eggs
– 50 g of sugar
– a pinch of salt
– Vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Destroy the cookies in the baby using a blender or placing it in a plastic bag and fragmenting it with small blows. Transfer the baby to a bowl.
2. Melt the butter and add it to the liver. Mix thoroughly to form a homogeneous mass.
3. Transfer the resulting mixture into a baking dish, evenly distribute and compact to create the basis for tart. Leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
5. In a small pan, heat the cream to a boil. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until the chocolate completely dissolves and the mixture will become smooth.
6. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla extract until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

8. Pour the resulting mixture on a prepared base from cookies in the form for baking.
9. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake tart for 25-30 minutes, or until the middle freezes, but remains tender.
10. Leave tart to cool in uniform, then transfer it to the grill for complete cooling.
11. When the tart cools completely, remove it from the mold and serve with chopped portions.
