Instructions:
1. Start with the preparation of Ganash. Break dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heat -resistant bowl.
2. In the pan, heat the cream to almost a boil. Then pour heated cream on the chocolate and leave for 1-2 minutes so that the chocolate begins to melt.
3. Mix a mixture of chocolate and cream until a smooth and homogeneous texture is obtained. Add vanilla oil and extract, mix well until the ingredients are completely connected.
4. Cover the bowl with a film for food use and cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until it hardens.
5. When the ganash is quite solid, you can begin to form truffles. Using two tablespoons or a melon cap, separate small portions of Ganash and roll them into balls.
6. Put the prepared balls on a plate covered with parchment paper. Then roll each ball in your chosen coating – a cocoa powder, chopped nuts, coconut or chocolate crumbs.
7. After the collapse ends, return the truffles in the refrigerator for hardening for about 1 hour.
8. Chocolate truffles are ready! Put them into a container with a tightly closing lid and store them in the refrigerator until consumption.
