Classic Pie ‘Chocolate-Narecase Cake (Classic “Chocolate Nut” Pie)

Cake “Classic Pie ‘Chocolate-Nine'”:
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 100 g of chopped nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds)
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– a pinch of salt
For glaze:
– 100 g of dark chocolate
– 50 g butter
Preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or in a microwave stove until smooth and homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until an air and lush mixture is formed.
4. Gradually add whipped eggs to molten chocolate and oil, gently mixing each time.
5. In a separate bowl, mix flour, chopped nuts, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
6. Gradually add a dry mixture to the liquid, gently mixing until a homogeneous dough without lumps is obtained.
7. Pour the dough into a prepared baking form and level the surface.
8. Put the shape with the dough in the preheated oven and bake at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake becomes elastic and the verification for readiness with a toothpick (the toothpick must come out dry).
9. Let the cake cool in the form before removing from it.
10. Glaze: melt dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or in a microwave, stirring carefully until you get a smooth and shiny glaze.
11. Cover the cooled cake with chocolate icing and let it freeze.
12. Cake “Classic Pie ‘Chocolate-Nine'” is ready for serving. Bon appetit!
