Ingredients:
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 100 ml of milk
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 100 g of coconut chip
– 200 g of condensed milk
– 200 ml of whipping cream
– Coconut chips for decoration
Recipe description:
1. Beat the butter with sugar until a lush and homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Gradually add eggs, one by one, continuing to whip.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder. After that, gradually add a mixture of flour to the dough, constantly mixing.
4. Add milk and vanilla extract to the dough and mix well.
5. After that, add coconut chips and mix well again so that it is evenly distributed over the test.
6. Put the dough in a greased and parchment covered with baking.
7. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cake becomes golden from above and a verification for readiness with a toothpick.
8. After baking, leave the cake to cool in the form, and then gently remove it and completely cool it on the grill.
9. Beat the cream for whipping until the peaks are formed.
10. Cut the cooled cake in half horizontally.
11. Pour one half with condensed milk and evenly apply whipped cream on top.
12. Put the second half of the cake on top and decorate it with coconut.
