Cake “Classic Pie ‘Strawberry Cupcake”:
Ingredients:
– 250 g of flour
– 250 g of sugar
– 6 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 200 g of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 300 ml of whipping cream
– 2 tablespoons
– Vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the baking dish, grease it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
2. Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
3. In a large bowl, mix flour with baking powder.
4. In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until thick and lush mass.
5. Gradually add a mixture of flour and baking powder to the egg mass, gently mixing until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared baking form and smooth the surface.
7. Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cupcake becomes golden and dried inside. Check the readiness by stuck a wooden skewer in the middle of the cupcake – it should go dry.
8. When the cupcake is ready, pull it out of the oven and cool it completely on the grill.
9. Beat the cream for whipping with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until dense peaks are formed.
10. Cut the cooled cake horizontally into two parts.
11. Pour the lower half of the cake with whipped cream, and then lay fresh strawberries on the creamy layer.
12. Put the upper half of the cupcake from above and generously coat with the remaining whipped cream.
13. Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries or sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
14. Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours so that it becomes even more juicy and fragrant.
