Ingredients:
– 300 g of puff pastry

– 100 g of raisins
– 100 g of ground nuts
– 100 g of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 50 g butter
Recipe description:
1. Prepare the apples by peeling them and remove the core. Cut the apples with thin slices.
2. Stir raisins in hot water and leave for 10 minutes for swelling. Then drain water and wipe the raisins of dry.
3. Expand the puff pastry on the table and gently roll it into a rectangle.
4. Melt the butter and mix it with ground nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
5. Apply the resulting mixture to the rolled dough, evenly distribute on the entire surface.
6. Put on a mixture of slices of apples and raisins.
7. Gently twist the dough into a roll, starting from one of the long edges.
8. Transfer the strudel to a baking sheet lubricated with oil or covered with parchment.
9. Lubricate the upper surface of the stroll with a broken egg to give a golden tint.
10. Put a baking sheet with a strudel in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until it becomes golden and crispy.
