5. Apply half the prepared mixture of Mascarpone to the Savoyardi layer. Distribute it evenly in shape.
6. Repeat the process from Savoyardi, immersing them in coffee and folding to the surface of the cream. Add the remaining half of the cream and spread it evenly.
7. Sprinkle the top tiramisu with a thin layer of cocoa powder.
8. Put the tiramis in the refrigerator for 4 hours or at night, so that it is completely saturated and become more stable.
9. When serving, decorate with tiramis with thin chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
