
Classic tiramisu is an Italian dessert that fascinates with its delicate taste and aroma of coffee. Here is the recipe for the preparation of classic tiramisu:
Ingredients:
– 6 egg yolks
– 3/4 cups of sugar
– 2/3 cups of Marsala (sweet Italian wine)
– 2/3 cups of strong black coffee
– 450 grams of Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
– 24 Savoyardi candies (Italian cookies-sticks)
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the yolks and sugar until a thick and creamy consistency is obtained.
2. Add the Marsala and mix to the uniform connection of the ingredients.
3. In another bowl, mix coffee and leave it to cool.
4. Add masquearpone to a bowl of yolks and gently beat until smooth.
5. In a deep rectangular form (or portioned cups), lay out one layer of Savoyardi, having previously dipped them in cooled coffee.
6. Cover the cookies with a uniform layer of masquearpone cream.
7. Repeat this process, creating another layer of Savoyardi and Mascarpone Cremas.
8. Sprinkle tiramisu from above with an uniform layer of cocoa powder.
9. Cover the mold with a cling film and put in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours (or better at night) so that the dessert is soaked and become more juicy.
10. Before serving, sprinkle the tiramisa with an additional layer of cocoa powder.
