Ingredients:
– 2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 1/4 cup of water
– 1 teaspoon of starch (you can use corn)
– 1 cup of cookies from cakes or sand dough, crushed into crumbs
– 1/4 cup of melted oil
– 1/2 cups of condensed milk
– whipped cream or ice cream (for serving)
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, connect the cranberries, sugar and water. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil.
2. While cranberries are boiling, in a small bowl, dilute the starch in a small amount of water to make a smooth pasta.
3. When the cranberries boil, add diluted starch and mix. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring, to thickening the cranberry syrup.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and leave the syrup for several minutes to cool.
5. In another bowl, combine chopped cookies and melted oil, mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
6. Divide the cookies evenly between the portioned cups or glasses, pressing it to the base of each glass.
7. Then gently pour chilled cranberry syrup to each layer of cookies. Leave a little space for condensed milk.
8. Add a pinch of condensed milk to the top of each cup with a cranberry.
