
Cupcake preparation recipe with apples:
Ingredients:
– 2 apples
– 2 cups of flour
– 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
– 200 g of butter
– 1 cup of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a rectangular baking dish, having previously lubricated it with oil or covering with foil.
2. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.
4. In another bowl with the help of a corolla, beat the soft butter and sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add the eggs one at a time, whipping each until a complete connection.
5. Add vanilla extract to the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly.
6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
7. Add chopped apples to the dough and carefully mix so that they are evenly distributed.
8. Pour the dough with apples into a prepared baking dish and level the surface with a spatula.
9. Bake a cupcake in a preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes until golden color and readiness (check readiness with a wooden skewer or knife – they must come out clean).
10. When the cupcake is ready, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool in the form for 10 minutes. Then carefully transfer the cupcake to the grate and let it completely cool before serving.
