Egg chocolate cake is an exquisite treat that will delight lovers of chocolate. In this recipe, I will share with you a simple and delicious way to prepare this cake.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of dark chocolate
– 200 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 150 g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder (baking soda)
– seasoning to taste: vanilla extract, cinnamon or nut pasta
Preparation steps:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking dish, lubricating it with oil or laying out parchment.
2. Melt dark chocolate along with butter in a water bath or in a microwave. Give the mixture to cool a bit.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar to lush and homogeneous mass. You can use a mixer or whisk.
4. Gradually pour a warm chocolate-oil mixture into the egg-sahar mass. Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients are connected well.
5. Add flour, baking powder and selected seasoning (for example, vanilla extract, cinnamon or walnut paste). Mix until smooth dough without lumps.
6. Pour the dough into a prepared shape and evenly level its surface.
7. Put the shape with the dough in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked. Check the readiness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake: if it comes out dry, then the cake is ready.
8. After baking, cool the cake in the uniform on the grill. Then gently remove it from the form and completely cool it before decoration.
9. Decorate the cake as you wish: you can use chocolate icing, cream or sprinkling of nuts or chocolate chips. Bon appetit!
