
Egg chocolate cream recipe:
Step 1: preparation of ingredients
– Take 3 eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks.
– In a bowl, mix 3 yolks, 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Beat until a lush mass is obtained.
Step 2: Preparation of cream
– In a small pan, heat 2 cups of milk to almost boiling.
– Gradually pour hot milk into the prepared egg mixture, constantly stirring.
– Return the mixture back to the pan and cook over medium heat, constantly stirring until the cream thickens. It will take about 5-7 minutes.
– Remove the pan from the heat and add 100 g of dark chocolate cut into small pieces. Stir until the chocolate completely melts and the cream becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Step 3: cooling and feed
– Pour the cooked cream into a glass or ceramic container.
– Cover the surface of the cream by cling film to avoid the formation of the film on the surface.
– Let the cream cool at room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator for several hours so that it completely froze and cools.
